This Role:

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Coordinator provides support to the North American sales team with respect to marketing, sales tools, communication, and events to and from the sales teams.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Assist the Supervisor, National Accounts/Programs with registering and monitoring program initiatives
  • Assist management team in distribution of sales rep survey
  • Coordinate monthly sales calls agenda for North American hard goods and apparel
  • Collect and distribute pertinent information in conjunction with product and category launch specific to the sales team
  • Assist with the transition of new salesforce responsibilities
  • Coordination and execution of seasonal sales samples for Trimark to the sales reps, trade shows, decoration testing, catalogue etc. (ie launch samples)
  • Work in conjunction with US marketing team as required
  • Coordinate planning and assist with execution of trade shows and end user events
  • Assist in planning and execution of PCNA National Sales Meeting bi-annually
  • Assist with the preparation of customer presentations, tours or showroom walk-ins
  • Work with the Director of Sales and Finance on annual rebate initiatives, including:
    • Oversee the Master Rebate list
    • Produce Rebate agreements/letters with the direction of the NSM
    • Manage the process of sending rebates out and getting them back in
    • Assist with monitoring rebate targets quarterly
  • Other duties as required


  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Communications preferred
  • Prior sales or marketing agency experience considered an asset
  • Customer and solution focused
  • Ability to work in a highly organized fashion where detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and balancing multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to collaborate successfully across multiple departments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal, and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and follow through skills
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Deadline driven
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to take direction from more than one manager
  • Some travel required
