We wanted to look at every possible way to be more environmentally responsible, and had
identified the mailing of thousands of invoices and statements as a huge opportunity.
STRATEGY & EXECUTION:
We targeted our entire active customer base, using an “opt in” email campaign. The email featured an easy and convenient reply button which sent a “please sign me up” email to the A/R department. We were very specific not to use any paper, and to make it as easy as possible.
As of November 31st, we have currently sign up 46% of our active customers. This number is increasing every month.
