  DIGITIZING LOGOS  
     
 
  • $16 per 1000 stitches.
  • Minimum charge $50, maximum charge $150 per design.
  • Swatches & sewout samples: complimentary freee digital image.
  • Samples available upon request. Freight fees will apply.
  • Complimentary small adjustments to correct an existing digitized logo.
  • Allow 3 business days for the completed design.
  • Designs available in Tajima, Barudan, Melco Expand & Wilcom formats.
  • Duplicating designs: no charge if supplied via email.
  • Design editing: $25.00 - includes resizing, changing text, adding or deleting stitches.
 
     
  EMBROIDERY  
     
 
  • One location for embroidery up to 5000 stitches at $1.75.
  • Logos over 5000 stitches, add $0.25 per thousand stitches.
  • A minimum of 12 units per logo colourway applies.
  • Below minimum charge is $1.00 per unit.
  • Minimum of 72 units.
  • Allow 3-7 business days after all logo approvals.
  • No rush charges.
 
     
  ADDITIONAL EXTRAS  
     
 
  • Jackets with an EZ-zip liner: a surcharge of $0.50 per unit applies.
  • System jackets (3-in-1) with removable liners: a surcharge of $1.50 per unit applies.
  • Poly-bagging: $0.30 per unit.
  • Drop shipments: $5.00 per order (up to 3 boxes - direct to your customer, with your labeling), $1.50 per box if over 3 boxes. Plus freight Charges.
  • Artwork charges: $50 per hour (acceptable digital formats: JPEG, TIFF, EPS, BMP, PDF, GIF, AI, PS or Hard Copy).
  • Metallic and specialty threads: Add $0.50 per unit for logos up to 15,000 stitches.
  • Hang tagging: $0.15 per unit, with customer supplied tags.
  • "Name Drop": $15.00 per design, using preset standard fonts.
  • Individual names: single name - $3.00; double name - $4.00 per unit.
  • Copyrights: the use of copyright marks and the payment of any licensing fees/royalties are the responsibility of the customer.
  • International shipping: Trimark Sportswear Group accepts no responsibility for product clearance into country of destination.
  • Terms: order shipments are subject to credit approval.

  DIE PRICING  
     
 
  • Calculate square inches by multiplying width by height and adding 1/2 inch to each dimension
    (ie. 9" x 5" is calculated as 9.5" x 5.5" = 52.25 sq. in.)
  • The first five square inches are$66.50; the remaining square inches are $3.50 each
    (ie. 47.25 sq. in. x $3.50 = $165.37 + $66.50 =$231.87)
  • Minimum die charge of $100.00 is applicable
  • Express die service of 24 - 48 hours is available for an additional 30%
