RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meets daily requirements for answering incoming phone calls from customers and processing customer orders
- Focuses on golf channel customers
- Aggressively learns new applications and tools to improve the productivity of the golf channels
- Assists customers in the showroom or over the phone with product features and benefits
- Responsible for the customer embroidery program for Trimark
- Manages own tasks and shedules in order to meet project deadlines
- Works with other departments and staff to ensure consisten results
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent computer skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Outstanding communication skills along with excellent phone skills and mannerism
- Ability to learn quickly and easily
- Strong organizational skills with attention to details and ability to perform in both independent and team environments
