  • Derrick Milne, CEO - Trimark Sportswear

    In 1995 Derrick Milne acquired Trimark Athletic Supplies along with his father, David Milne, one of our founding partners. In 1999 Derrick created the parent company Trimark Sportswear Group Inc. Under Derrick's leadership, Trimark grew by over 1,000% and was awarded as One of Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies for 5 consecutive years until the company was no longer eligible for consideration.

    Derrick spent almost 10 years in investment banking in New York and London before returning to the Markham area when the opportunity arose to purchase Trimark.

    Derrick was the valedictorian of his graduating class at Markham District High School and was awarded 5 scholarships. Following high school, he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.Sc. from Oral Roberts University and was on the US National Deans List. Derrick earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and scored in the 100th percentile on his GMAT. He received a diploma from Universite de la Sorbonne, in an intensive summer program in French language and culture. Derrick was selected as one of Canada's Top 40 Under 40 by the National Post.

    The Milne family have lived in Markham for decades. Derrick currently resides in the Markham area with his wife and two children. Derrick is passionate about travelling, enjoys playing golf and sailing and has a small collection of old fashioned cars. He has run several marathons throughout Europe and the US. As an avid hockey enthusiast, Derrick played 1st Division professional hockey for Barcelona in Europe.

  • Sharon Willochell, President - PCNA Apparel

    Since joining Leed's in 1998, Sharon Willochell has been responsible for driving the company's award-winning service culture, playing a central role in guiding Leed's from fledgling startup to one of the largest suppliers in the promotional products industry.

    Because of her uncommon leadership, vision and commitment, Sharon was promoted in 2004 to chief operating officer, and in 2011 she was responsible for bringing newly acquired Trimark, with its headquarters in Toronto, to the U.S. market, where national coverage was completed in mid-2014.

    In January 2015, Sharon was named President – Apparel for Polyconcept North America, with responsibility for both Canada and the United States.

    Sharon graduated summa cum laude from Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management (concentration in Information Systems). She also has a master's degree in Industrial Administration (with distinction) from Carnegie Mellon University.

    Before joining Leed's, Sharon worked at Deloitte & Touche as a consultant to mid-sized businesses. She began her career at Alcoa, working in the Information Services department in support of the procurement and finance functions.

    Sharon has been involved in a variety industry activities and committees. She was on the founding board for the ePromo Standards Alliance, and she has spoken at a number of industry conferences and education sessions. In 2012, she was named Advertising Specialty Institute Supplier Woman of Distinction.

    Sharon is active in the Pittsburgh community, as well, serving on the board of Leadership Pittsburgh, a non-profit dedicated to expanding leadership capacity in the region. She also has served on advisory committees for the American Heart Association and Strong Women, Strong Girls.

  • Michael Snyder, Vice President - PCNA Apparel

    Michael began his career with his family owned clothing store, Snyder's of Oconomowoc, one of the oldest and most respected clothing stores in WI, spanning 130 years of business. By 16, Michael was selling Hart Schaffner & Marx and Burberry suits and heading to MAGIC and the NYC Collective on buying trips. Aside from tailored apparel, they bought and sold every good sportswear brand such as Nautica, Hilfiger, Timberland, Columbia, etc. Michael attended every fabric and tailoring seminar available, as well as continuing education from the Men's Retail Association and the Philadelphia College of Textiles and Design.

    In 1989, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marquette University.

    Michael has been in the corporate apparel market for over 25 years, keying on ASI Distributors, Uniform, Decorators and Sporting Goods accounts. He was the Director of Merchandising and Marketing at Tri-Mountain. Thereafter, he was the Vice President of Sales at Hartwell Industries for 3 years, also acting as National Accounts Director.

    In January 2009, Michael went back to his roots and reinstated his corporation, Snyder Apparel Sales Inc. He quickly shifted focus toward developing a well thought out network of factories and design to delivery consortiums, pitching to the distributor base that he is "the best clearing house for apparel opportunities that exceed 1,000 units."

    In 2011, Michael met with Derrick Milne to discuss the PCNA Apparel effort branching into the USA and off they went.

    Michael enjoys playing guitar and piano. He secretly loves meteorology. One day he hopes his predictions will be right.

  • Alan Meinstein, Director of Operations - Trimark Sportswear

    Trimark is revolutionizing our industry through the growth of our decoration capabilities and expansion of our services. In March of 2013, we purchased an embroidery company, called Talking Threads, owned and operated by Alan Meinstein. On March 22, 2013, Alan joined Trimark as our Managing Director of Production.

    Over a period of 8 years Alan transformed his company from an average of 35,000 decorations per month, with no tracking or order management system to 65,000 decorations per month with an online, customer facing system that allowed customers to track orders on a daily basis. Talking Threads was the first company in the world to buy the current laser machine, a forward thinking move as Alan saw the need to offer additional options for decoration to the market. Alan's strategic and entrepreneurial approach to business continues at Trimark as he is constantly looking at ways of offering new and innovative decoration techniques to our customers. In January 2015, Alan was named Director of Operations with expanded responsibilities to include the customer service and warehouse departments.

    Alan and his family immigrated from Johannesburg South Africa to Canada in December 2000. He now lives in the GTA with his wife and two children.

  • Bill Horst, Director of Marketing Communications - PCNA Apparel

    Bill Horst joined Trimark Sportswear Group in March 2011 as our Marketing Manager. With 13 years of experience in the marketing field, he is a dedicated and results oriented team player focused on both processes and people as a means to develop innovative solutions, build strong brands and winning marketing collateral.

    Bill has had a profound impact on Trimark's marketing strategy. His ability to produce exciting, award winning catalogues with very strict deadlines and within budget has contributed to our success. Under Bill's marketing leadership, we have updated our website, improved the quality of our marketing collateral, increased the frequency of our communication to our customers through e-blasts, revamped our trade show booth and won many industry awards including Best Catalogue, Most Creative Promotional Product and Supplier Self Promotion. In our constant pursuit of building innovative marketing tools that support our goal to make our customers look good, Bill initiated and has been the driving force behind our innovative 360 Virtual Sample Tool, making it easier than ever for our customers to create inspiring branded apparel. He has played an integral role in our brand development strategic planning. In January 2015, Bill was named Director of Marketing for Polyconcept North America - Apparel.

    Bill graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Technology in the Graphic Communications Management program. His areas of study were Printing Processes, Advanced Pre Media, Colour Theory, Photography, Marketing, Marketing Research and Business Management.

    Bill lives in Toronto with his wife and four children. As a sports enthusiast, he plays hockey, football, baseball and has been known to swing the occasional golf club when his busy schedule permits.

  • Erin Harris, Director of Sales - PCNA Apparel, Canada

    Erin began her Career with Aware Marketing in 1998, helping to develop both the CDN and US business. Through the acquisition in 2004, Aware was acquired by Leed's, opening new category and business opportunities on both sides of the border. Erin began on the custom side of business in our industry, and moved into sales and leadership roles since. Having spent years in the field, Erin has created strong and long standing relationships with our customers, and colloquies.

    Her focus currently is on developing a first class sales organization in CANADA, for PCNA in both Apparel and Hard Goods. From coaching the team, to reinforcing the strategy in sales execution we are well on our way!

    Erin's approach to building a successful group, has been to create an environment that is creative, flexible and allows for the strategic approach to really grow.

    Erin lives in midtown Toronto, with her husband Joe and 2 daughters Georgia and Juliette!

  • Rocky Dundas, National Sales Manager, Trimark Sportswear - Alternative Channel

    Rocky Dundas joined Trimark Sportswear in July of 2010 as our Category Sales Manager and in 2013 was promoted to the position of National Sales Manager-Retail. Rocky is a results focused manager, a highly regarded leader with a dynamic personality, with years of management, sales and retail experience.

    Rocky was the founder and President of a sports apparel company where he implemented unique product and marketing initiatives designed specifically for the sport and school apparel business. Rocky's background and experience have had a tremendous impact on the successful growth of Trimark's retail division. His ability to establish and develop strong relationships, his knowledge and passion for our industry and his unwavering commitment to our customers are evident in his every day actions.

    Rocky has a Bachelor's degree in philosophy and a Masters degree in Adolescent Education from Tyndale University in Toronto and is a graduate of the Arrow Leadership Program, specializing in Organizational Leadership. He coached and served youth and young adults around the world through writing and speaking on youth issues for over 15 years.

    Rocky lives north of Toronto with his wife and three children. As a former Toronto Maple Leafs hockey player, he enjoys hockey but his passion is for his family and their interests.
